New skirt

I cut Folkwear 209 from the black wool I bought, and, even though I made the ankle version, had enough left over to cut a mid-calf six panel skirt.

This was a fast sewing project. I couldn't find the pattern on Friday evening, so I drafted a new one. I used old measurements that I've used for another winter skirt in the past, but I think they were a touch bigger than I needed. The stretch of the fabric didn't help, so the skirt is a bit looser at the waist than I like.
Considering that my Italy trip notes are full of instructions about which gelateria to go to, this may not be a bad thing.
